SkyKick Standard Bundle Terms and Conditions

Product Details 

The SkyKick Standard Bundles offer includes the migration of one mailbox to Office 365 using SkyKick’s Enterprise or SMB suite and one year of Cloud Backup for that licensed O365 user for either just Office 365 Exchange, or Office 365 Exchange, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online and Groups and Teams. Offer not available to replace the Enterprise or SMB migration suite with the Data Only migration product. 

Exchange Only Bundle details – the Cloud Backup service that is included with this bundle only applies to the licensed O365 user’s Exchange Online data. 

ESO Bundle details - the Cloud Backup service that is included with this bundle only applies to the licensed O365 user’s Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online and Groups and Teams data. 

Orders are NOT able to switched from the ESO Bundle to the EO Bundle during the 12 month commitment.

Billing  

The SkyKick Standard Bundle offer will auto-renew at the end of the 12-month period at the standard Cloud Backup rate with monthly billing.  

Billing will take place at the end of the month of a completed migration or end of month after a Backup of a tenant is initiated. 

Seats added to the tenant after the completion of the migration will be charged at the prorated SkyKick Standard Bundle rate so that all users are coterminous on the same subscription. Billing for these additional users will occur at the end of the month when the new seats were added.  

The Bundle cost is due at the billing date and is not refundable if the service is canceled at a later date.
