In the COVID era, Cloud Backup has become an important service for MSPs looking to provide data protection solutions to their SMB customers. Not only is it valuable (and profitable!) add-on to Microsoft 365 services, but it also plays a critical role in helping maintain business continuity and productivity should data loss occur.

Successfully growing a Cloud Backup practice, howeverrequires that partners have more information on how Cloud Backup is working to protect and restore customers’ productivity. To this end, SkyKick recently introduced new Monitoring functionality that provides greater transparency in the product. Our first area of focus was the restore experience, as we sought to provide more information and visibility during an important moment for the customer. This led to the new Restore Overview, which we rolled out as a Beta earlier this summer.

Learn about the powerful new Monitoring capabilities for Cloud Backup - now available to all SkyKick partners.Among the new features we will touch on are viewing and tracking status of restores over the past 90 days, viewing successfully restored items, new metadata for each restore job (such as who initiated the restore, when it was created, the amount of data restored and restore destination), and the ability to export this information for reporting purposes. Having access to this timely information dramatically improves partner visibility into clients’ backup status – and thus empowers MSPs ability to be even more responsive and credible.

During the webinar, you can expect:
