To qualify for this offer, your company must be a registered SkyKick partner who has never placed a Backup order for a customer with SkyKick. You must also complete the form above to this offer prior to placing your Backup order.
You must place your first SkyKick backup order by 31 December, 2018 on the SkyKick.com website to qualify.
Offers available to qualifying partners who are direct SkyKick partners, or who are affiliated with a distributor. (e.g. Ingram Micro, Synnex, or ALSO)
The SkyKick Cloud Backup service treats every Office 365 tenant as a unique end-customer subscription and includes two separate SKUs.
Exchange SKU: Each individual mailbox, shared mailbox and public folder under a tenant subscription counts as a seat.
SharePoint & OneDrive for Business SKU: Each user licensed to use SharePoint (includes OneDrive for Business accounts) under a tenant subscription counts as a seat. A licensed SharePoint user is defined as a user that is both licensed for SharePoint and has it enabled. If there are SharePoint-licensed users that a customer does not want to include in their Cloud Backup Subscription, you will need to disable SharePoint for those users in the Office 365 Admin Portal.
Each SKU has a cost per seat per month licensing model. Partner pricing is available to all registered SkyKick partners in our Help Center, along with suggested end-customer pricing.
The Backup Offer provides up toan up to $600 value of value over the course of 2 months – a limit of $300 per month - when you meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.
Partners will receive credit if they meet any one, and only one, of the scenarios below:
1) 100% of licenses are on Cloud Backup for Exchange (max limit of up to 150 seats)
2) 100% of licenses are on Cloud Backup for SharePoint/OneDrive for Business (max limit of up to 150 seats)
3) 100% of licenses are on BOTH Cloud Backup for Exchange and Cloud Backup for SharePoint/OneDrive for Business (max limit of up to 75 seats)
The offer is NOT valid if an order exceeds the seat maximum limit on either of the scenarios 1, 2 or 3 listed above. Any order placed with a seat quantity above the scenarios listed above will have 100% of the seats charged at full price beginning in month 1.
Orders that do not qualify will be billed at regular SkyKick rates or the rates of your affiliated distributor. Offer cannot be combined with other promotional offers in market.
This offer may be withdrawn at any time, but cannot be combined with any other promotions/offers.
Cloud Backup will AUTOMATICALLY bill the Partner for ALL seats on the subscription after the 2 month free term. If the Partner does NOT want to be billed after the 2 month free term of the offer, the Partner MUST manually cancel the order in the Cloud Backup settings. Read more in the SkyKick Help Center
When a new Cloud Backup subscription is created, charges will begin on the first day of the next month, billed in arrears.
Seats or Licenses added to the tenant after the completion of the first billing cycle will be charged at the standard rate so that all users are coterminous on the same subscription. Billing for these additional users will occur at the beginning the month after the new seats or licenses were added. Billing will begin on the first day after a Backup of a tenant is initiated.
Orders via Distributor Online Marketplaces may have their discounts applied as rebates rather than upfront discounts at the time of purchase. Please check with your distributor for exact details.
Offer discount will be applied to Partners who register through SkyKick direct billing, or through billing via an affiliated distributor.
Example of the Offer in Action
A first paid Backup order is placed 10 May 2018 to backup 60 Office 365 Exchange seats. The Partner will not be charged for the first two months.
The Partner will receive their 1st charges on August 1st for the month of July, and continue on a monthly basis
Partner will receive invoices via email based on the standard license cost (SkyKick direct or license costs for your affiliated distributor) for all included Office 365 Exchange Licenses, or all included Office 365 SharePoint or OneDrive licenses.
